By using the FlowSelfie device and companion applications, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Service Description

FlowSelfie provides:

  • A personal home uroflowmeter device that measures urine flow parameters (peak flow rate, average flow, total volume, voiding duration);
  • Companion mobile applications (FlowSelfie app, Bladderdiary) for reviewing, storing, and exporting measurement data;
  • A website (flowselfie.com) with product information and support.

3. Not a Medical Device

FlowSelfie is a personal monitoring tool. It is not certified as a medical device in your region. It does not replace clinical examination, medical advice, or diagnosis.

Do not use FlowSelfie measurements as the sole basis for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health.

4. Accurate Use

For reliable results, follow the setup and measurement instructions provided in the quick-start guide and on the how-to-use page. Inaccurate placement, posture, or container misalignment will affect readings.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowSelfie for any purpose that violates applicable law;
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the device;
  • Use FlowSelfie as a substitute for clinical uroflowmetry for diagnostic purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on flowselfie.com and in the companion applications — including texts, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of FlowSelfie and its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Medical decisions based on FlowSelfie readings;
  • Technical failures outside our reasonable control;
  • Any harm arising from failure to follow the product instructions.

Mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law of your country are not limited by this section.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of FlowSelfie after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
